Ille Sutt | Web Designer
Ille is a designer of custom website design at Integraphix. Her focus is involved in front-end web design and development which have included website modifications and full scale re-designs.
Ille graduated from the International Academy of Design and Technology and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Multimedia & Web Design in 2009 where she was also an honorary recipient of the Alpha Beta Kappa award for academic excellence.
She is comfortable with multiple operating environments and has learned industry standard programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks, as well as creating clean, valid code in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and XML. She also has experience in video and audio editing.
What advantages do you bring to your clients that others in your field may not?
I really value good customer service. It's the bedrock of a good relationship with a client. Other companies or designers may advertise that they care about customer service, but I can honestly say that I really care about my clients. I try as best I can to listen and work with people to creatively execute their ideas.

What has brought you to the designing field?
I always wanted to be involved in the art world. Doing something I loved to do while making a career out of it. I initially wanted to be in animation, but realized that it wasn't for me. While researching another career opportunity, I finally decided on multimedia and web design. I loved retaining my sense of design, but I was also fascinated by the internet, and really saw a future in interactive media.
What's your favorite part about working at Integraphix?
I love the laid-back atmosphere and I love the people I work with. We all get along and chat during work and goof off. It's great to be in that sort of environment when projects can get stressful. I can retain my sanity at work which is great.
What is important to you in your life right now?
Opening my mind, broadening my horizons, interacting with new people, building new relationships, nurturing time-tested friendships, and gaining new experiences.
Which is the best vacation you've ever had?
My trip to Vegas in 2006.
What are you passionate about?
I'm really passionate about music. Whether it's rock, jazz, hip-hop, classical, or electronic, I just love music. I cannot go a day without listening to music. If music didn't exist, life would suck.
What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
Beauty and compassion.
If you could give the world one piece of advice, what would it be?
Listen to your neighbor as attentively as possible. Withhold any prejudices, biases, or hang-ups, and seek to truly love by seeking to understand.
